Fiona is the founder and director of Belize Officiel and has many years working for high-end brands such as Stella McCartney, Net a Porter (setting up private label brand Iris & Ink), and Temperley London as Product Director. Her experience in the clothing industry is wide; from fabric sourcing, design and product development to setting up brands and working on planning and sales strategies.
She enjoys lasting relationships with mills and factories around the globe and over the years has developed strong portfolio of trusted, reliable and sustainable partnerships.
With 25 years industry experience, working with high street and high end brands, everyone from Topshop to Temperley and most recently as Head of Production for the Bike Shed Motorcycle Club.
With a background in product development, sourcing, production, wholesale and sales strategy, travelling the world in search of design inspiration, fabric and factory sourcing, Clare now works as fashion brand consultant and is the Founder of C.A Fashion Consultancy working with start ups and small brands helping them develop and grow.
Maria started her career in the sample studio working as a Production Assistant in Bulgaria. She quickly worked her way to Production Manager and the experience has given her a sharp insight to the process of creating garments from sketch to production. Maria soon moved to London to further her career and joined the London sales team, where she has held the position of Account Manager taking care of individual client’s needs. She found her strength was also in building strong and valuable relationships with her customers. Helping them design their collections and bring them to life has been a dream job.
